A 2016 project, I would like to share here. Zadley, clothing brand, developed in India reached out to be branded. This was a new brand that was looking for a voice, Identity, colors, visuals, communication strategies and assets to be consumed by customer.
Of course, for a branding project, the designer and the client has to be on the same page with the brief. Both must have done their own research for their inspirations. Following which I like to explore and play with different fonts that help create and develop the personality. Here are a couple explorations I did.
Logotype Exploration :
The Possible color play : Branding revolves around how dynamic and flexible the visuals can be yet maintain a level of consistency.
Mockup and testing : Sometimes while creating mockup, some exploration disqualify themselves. Its good to keep testing your exploration before finalizing and expanding one.

With the final rounds of feedback and review, the client decided to move ahead with this concept. Though this project was commissioned, how it grew or didn't is unknown. And sometimes as a designer, you don't get to know the whole story!
